Maybe I would play PC-98 stuff if it wasnt so filled with hentai games/eroges or whatever (since, you know, I'm still 16 and dont have enough time alone to play something like this), and the only reasons for not playing the stuff that I actually know about (Ys and Touhou) is that there are way better versions of the same game (in Ys's case, due to me only really wanting to play Ys 1 & 2, and the PCE/Steam version being much more superior to the PC-88/98 versions) and that I'm not that interested in them in the first place (in Touhou's case, since I am naturally horrible at shmups, and starting in a freaking bullet hell is NOT something I would do to start out IMO.
